We make ads for a living. You don't need job experience, but you do need to already know your way around an editing app. If you can shoot a reel, cut it so people actually watch, and put together a decent static, we'll teach you how to make it sell.

The Deal
₹10,000/month
for 3 months

Do well and it becomes a full-time role at ₹15,000–20,000/month, based on how you perform.

This is a fully in-office role at our Vasai office — no remote or hybrid.

The Role

    Shoot reels — phone or camera, in our office and on client locations
  • ✓
    Edit short-form ads for Instagram and Meta — hooks, cuts, captions, music
  • ✓
    Build multiple hook variations so we can test what actually works
  • ✓
    Make simple statics and thumbnails in Canva or Photoshop
  • ✓
    Sit in on how campaigns are planned and see what your edits did

What You Need

No degree, agency background, or professional showreel needed. Freshers welcome.

    You already edit — Premiere Pro or Final Cut is ideal, solid VN or CapCut counts
  • ✓
    You can shoot. Phone is fine — framing and light matter more than gear
  • ✓
    Basic Canva or Photoshop for statics
  • ✓
    Serious about learning Premiere Pro properly, and quick to figure things out yourself
  • ✓
    Work we can watch — reels, college projects, personal edits. It just has to be yours
  • ✓
    Available full-time, in-office in Vasai, for 3 months
