therightwaymedia.com is run by The Right Way, a performance marketing agency in Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The Right Way and The Right Way Education are brands of Leapfroging, a proprietorship firm (“we”, “us”), which receives all payments made on this site. These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy on it, including courses and workshops from The Right Way Education. By using the site or making a payment, you agree to them.
2. Using this website
- The information here is general. We keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or always up to date.
- Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, or copy it in bulk.
- The text, videos, ads, case studies and logos on this site belong to us or to our clients. Don't reuse them without written permission.
3. Agency services
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. Our marketing and creative services are provided under a separate proposal or agreement, and that document's terms apply to the work.
4. Courses and workshops
- What you get is what the course page describes at the time you pay: the live sessions (dates, times, platform), access to recordings for the stated period, and any materials listed.
- Your seat is personal. Don't share the Zoom link, recordings or materials. We may remove anyone who does, without a refund.
- Schedule changes. If we have to move a session, we tell you by email and WhatsApp, and you choose: join the new date, take credit for our next course, or take a full refund.
- Behaviour. Be respectful in sessions and groups. We may remove anyone who disrupts the class.
- No guaranteed results. We teach what we do in real ad accounts, but we can't promise a job, income, clients, or any particular ad performance. Results depend on many things outside our control.
- Ad spend is yours. Any budget you spend on ads is paid by you to Meta. We never handle it.
- Materials are for your own learning. Don't resell or republish them.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST (GSTIN 27ADTPC4893R1ZG). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. Early-bird prices apply until the date shown on the course page. Your seat is confirmed once the payment reaches us, and we email you a confirmation.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Workshop fees aren't refunded; if you can't attend, they become credit for our next course. Details and exceptions are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profit or lost ad spend), and our total liability for any course or workshop is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Other services we use
Classes run on Zoom, payments on Razorpay, and updates come by email and WhatsApp. Their own terms also apply when you use them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay is the one that applies to that purchase.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts with jurisdiction over Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra.
