1. Who we are
Leapfroging, a proprietorship firm, runs therightwaymedia.com and The Right Way Education under the brand The Right Way. We decide how the information described here is used.
2. What we collect
What you give us, through our forms:
- Enquiries: name, email, phone, brand, website, the services you need, budget and your message.
- Job applications: name, contact details, city, experience, portfolio, availability and your résumé.
- Course waitlist: name, email, phone, what describes you, your experience and what you want to learn.
- Workshop checkout: name, WhatsApp number, email, what describes you and your experience with Meta ads.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the confirmation: the amount, a payment ID and the payment method type. We never receive your full card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
Collected automatically: we use the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager. They record the pages you visit, actions such as sending a form or starting a checkout, your device and browser, IP address and cookies, and which ad or link brought you here.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and send what you asked for.
- To run the courses you join: Zoom links, reminders, recordings and materials, by email and WhatsApp.
- To review job applications.
- To confirm payments and send receipts and refunds.
- To measure and improve our website and our ads.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We don't sell your information.
4. Where it's kept, and who sees it
Form answers are stored in our Google account (Google Sheets). Our service providers — Google, Razorpay, Meta, Zoom and WhatsApp — process information for us under their own privacy policies, and some of them store it outside India. Within our business, only the people who need it to do their work can see it.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and the waitlist: until you ask us to delete them, or two years after we last spoke.
- Job applications: twelve months.
- Payment records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it (withdraw consent). Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop sending you messages at any time.
7. Cookies
The Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager use cookies to measure ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
8. Under 18?
Please use our forms and buy courses only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
9. Security
We use trusted providers, secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with what you share.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
